maybe beyond repair!
Falling back against the mattress, she reached down and massaged her inner thighs until the
muscles seemed to loosen a little and then she tried sitting up again. She managed to get that far,
thankfully, without too much pain. Getting up was another matter.
It would ve been easier if the damned mattress wasn t on the floor!
She felt a little faint by the time she was on her feet. Her stomach was still rumbling with
hunger but she reeked of sex and her stomach was always a little weak in the morning when she
first woke up. She didn t think she could eat with the smell of sex in her nostrils.
There weren t actually any bathroom type facilities in the warehouse building. It seemed
mostly for storage even though there was an area that had been cleared and arranged, roughly,
like a living room. Well, it had been. They d shoved all of that out of the way and put the
mattress in the place of the lounging furniture.
She didn t really feel up to going to the ship to use the facilities, but she didn t have a lot of
options.

Fortunately, the ship wasn t that far from the door. She paused when she got there, studying
the sky and the surrounding forest/jungle carefully and finally made a mad dash for the
gangplank. It took her a few minutes to find the lever they d used for opening and closing the
door when she got to the top, but she finally managed to get it open.
The ship was dark inside, but lights began to flicker on as soon as she entered thankfully!
She was still stiff and sore when she finished bathing, changed into another of the spider-alien
suits the guys had given her, and headed out again, but she felt like she might live.
They weren t going to if they thought she was open to being gang banged every night!
But maybe they d be satisfied for a while, she thought hopefully?
Chapter Eleven
She looked more bewildered than excited to me, Joar muttered, looking at the homestead
they d begun and trying to see it through Cara s eyes. Truthfully, he decided, it did not look like
much to him at the moment. He couldn t see how Cara could possibly have understood that it
was going to be a grand place when they were done when it looked more like a & a livestock
enclosure at the moment than a dwelling under construction.
Dagon and Gilen both glared at him and looked like they were contemplating belting him.
Now you are going to claim that you mind linked with her? That you are closer to her than I
am? Dagon growled.
Joar sent him a startled look. It was the expression on her face.
Dagon looked at Gilen questioningly.
She looked happy to me, Gilen responded belligerently. He seemed to think it over. A
little confused, mayhap, but she is always a little confused, gods damn it! We can t mind link or
speak her language! I am fucking confused most of the time!
Dagon glared at the ground for a few moments. She was not unhappy, he finally said
decisively. I think maybe she is worried there will not be enough room or that it will not be
grand enough. She will see once we have made more progress that we will shower her with the
comfort and luxury she deserves. And if she seems to feel like we need more room we can
always add on.
Gilen and Joar exchanged a speaking look.
What? Dagon snarled.
Joar shrugged. I think I will go and get more stones.
I want to know what the hell the two of you meant by that gods damned look! And don t
think I did not see it!
I was only thinking that I don t see how you could have arrived at all that only from her
expression, Gilen responded reluctantly, bracing himself to duck if Dagon took a swing at him.
Dagon glared at him for a long moment. Finally, the tension eased from him. I suppose I was
thinking it and thought she might be thinking the same thing, he muttered. It does not matter
at this point! We will build it and then she will get the idea and if she does not get the idea right
away once she realizes that she is breeding she will understand.
Gilen felt the blood rush from his head and back again. Truthfully, his mind had been filled
more with replaying what had happened the night before that had been purely pleasure than
contemplating whether or not their breeding attempt had been successful. But Dagon s comment
certainly brought it to the forefront of his mind. You think she may be breeding?

That was the objective, Dagon said pointedly.
Gilen felt his face redden. I know that! I was just saying & .
Dagon glanced up at the red sun that was halfway between the midday point and sunset,
studied it for a moment and then scanned the remainder of the sky. We will know before much
longer. He met Gilen s gaze. I will not dwell on it. If it happens we will have something to
celebrate. If it does not happen and she is still willing we will have Cara to give us joy. And
I for one will be a far happier Furian for that much.
Gilen nodded and then grinned abruptly. We will have nights like last eve to look forward
to. It has been a long time since I looked forward to anything beyond killing another Basinini
and I confess that has become more of a chore after so long than a joy.
Dagon grimaced. We will have to be much more careful of deriving that sort of joy from
Cara or she will cut our throats in our sleep. We were not as considerate of her as we should
have been. And there was no doubt left in my mind that she was not happy to be disturbed the
third time.
Gilen frowned but then his brow cleared and he shrugged. She is more like our Furian
women than we thought. I guess she will let us know when she is willing and interested, he
